The company strictly prohibits any violation of export control laws, which govern the export, re-export, and transfer of controlled items, technologies, or information to ensure national security, non-proliferation, and foreign policy objectives. The Company recognises the importance of upholding its legal and ethical obligations and maintaining the trust of its stakeholders.
This Policy applies to all related companies under governance of PMP Group, their employees, contractors and stakeholders in all jurisdictions the Company operates in.
